GIANTS BEAT UP ON SAN DIEGO WITH A 59-27 WIN

Giants Looking Forward to Big Playoff Push
East Rutherford, NJ- The New York Football Giants kept their playoff hopes alive last night with an impressive 59-28 victory over the San Diego Chargers. The two teams remained close the entire first half matching each others' touchdowns but the Giants pulled away in the second half. New York's defence decided to play in the second half recording 8 second half sacks (5 in the 4th and 3 in the 4th). "We needed our D to step up, at the start of the game it was anybodies to win, good thing our D showed up in the second," a relieved Eli Manning said. Though this is another great win for the resurgent Giants it certainly confuses the potential playoff picture even more. Giants are not there yet, but it would be premature to count them out at this juncture. Stay tuned for more exciting Giants football in the coming days.

News: COLTS ARE BACK!
COLTS 66 GIANTS 58

East Rutherford,NJ- In what should be called the brother's Manning throw off, the elder Manning got the win. It was an impressive offensive game which saw one TD after another in a contest the defense on both sides would rather forget.

This being the Colt's 1st game in a while, they did not show any rusty tendencies and took care of business rather well. P.Manning threw for 7 td's for a rating of 156.

These teams will see each other another 2 times before the season ends. There was respect from the Colts, knowing that any slight edge can make the difference at this point of the season.

OFFENCE ANYONE?

San Diego falls to New York 83-55 after another offensive wonder by the Giants

Giants' Jacobs scores 5 touchdowns, NY offence gets 700 yards - again

East Rutherford, NY-

The resurgent Giants are sure putting on an offensive clinic the past few weeks as they beat up on the Chargers 83 to 55 last night at the Meadowlands. Even though San Diego had a very impressive offensive game is was overshawdowed by runninback Jacobs who scored 5 tds. "Again, we were just feeling it tonight, ever since we got back we've played with confidence and pride, and that's the difference right now...we feel we can win every game," an exuberant and pumped up Jacobs said.

The Giants once again amassed 700 offensive yards for the 3rd time this season. "Getting 300 a game is great, but 700 is just showing you how much these guys are clicking " Eli Manning said. "Good thing our offence is working, its taking the spotlight off of our horrible defence this year," said Michael Strahan with mixed emotions.

The Giants now are certainly incontention for a playoff spot. With more games coming this week all eyes will be on this team to see if they can continue this magical run to the post-season.

GIANTS FANS BELIEVING AGAIN

Though it is terribly pre-mature, New York Giants fans are believing that could go all the way. And the latest 83 point showing has fans jumping right out of their shoes. "I know its crazy, but its hard to ignore that something magical is happening to the Giants this season, I don't believe in fate, I don't believe in destiny, but this season is making it awfully hard not to," Giants fan George Smith said. He went on to say that what all Giants fans have now is "believer fever, we'll enjoy it for however long it lasts, we know it can end so quickly...a couple of losses in a row and this dream is over. But for now, its Giants all the way!"
